Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry with her versatile performances. However she is also known to put her foot in her mouth because of her shocking statements which often gets criticised by the netizens. Over the years, many have even termed her as ‘one of the dumbest,’ for his claims during interviews. Recently an old video went viral on social media where she can be heard saying the banned ‘n-word’.

In the video posted on Twitter, she can be seen discussing colourism in India with fashion designer Masaba Gupta on her show What Women Want. In the clip, actress Neena Gupta and West Indies cricketer Vivian Richards’ daughter opens up facing colourism, body-shaming and online trolling. Pitching in to what Masaba was saying, Kareena uses the n-word casually explaining that even that is banned now. Despite knowing that the word is banned and why, the actress causally using that word has left the netizens irked. Taking to the comment section section, many expressed how Masaba can use the word since she has a father who is African, however Kareena cannot.
