Recently an old advertisement starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Fardeen Khan and Preity Zinta, from the 90s, resurfaced the internet which left the netizens with mixed feelings.
In the old Pepsi advertisement, roommates Kareena and Preity knock on the door of Saif and Fardeen’s apartment because the electricity in their flat has gone out. As the girls settle in, they ask if they can have the Pepsi the Saif is holding. While the boys go on to refuse them, the actresses ask them to bring Pepsi from the apartment. The boys are in for a shock when they realise that the girls fooled them because the cold drink in their apartment was finished. Well, it is safe to say that the ad left the netizens with mixed reactions. On one hand a section credited the ad for being more entertaining that the serials these days, others fangirled over the charm of Fardeen Khan. Some even slammed Kareena for her overacting. For the unversed, Kareena and Saif tied the knot in 2012 and welcomed two adorable sons Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan. Apart from them, Saif has a daughter Sara Ali Khan and son Ibrahim Ali Khan from his first marriage with actress Amrita Singh.
On the work front, Kareena Kapoor Khan, who was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha alongside Aamir Khan has movies like The Crew, Hansal Mehta's next, Sujoy Ghosh’s untitled movie based on the Japanese bestseller The Devotion of Suspect X by Keigo Higashino in the pipeline.
