Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's rumoured wedding lately has been the talk of the town. Confusion and suspense around the actual wedding date have been keeping everyone on their toes. Alia and Ranbir are speculated to get married either on April 14 or 15 of this week. Ahead of their big fat wedding, the Krishna Raj bungalow has been illuminated with bright and sparkling LED string lights. Amidst this, it is being reported that Alia and Ranbir's wedding has been postponed.
Confirming the same, Alia's stepbrother, Rahul Bhatt, in a recent interview with AajTak, revealed that the couple has decided to change their wedding date following the information leaked in the media. He also attributed security concerns as one of the reasons for pushing the date. Rahul was quoted as saying, “The wedding is happening, it is known to all. But there is no wedding on April 13 or 14. That is a sure thing. Actually, the dates earlier were the same, but after the information was leaked to the media, the dates were changed. Everything has been changed because there's a lot of pressure. I give my word that there's no wedding on April 13 or 14. As far as I know, there will be an announcement regarding the date soon.”

Interestingly, Neetu Kapoor, who is often spotted in the city during the shoot of her show 'Dance Deewane Juniors', has been dodging the question related to Ranbir-Alia’s wedding. Each time, she gets papped, the veteran actress refrains from sharing anything, and in fact, she gives witty retorts.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are currently awaiting the release of their film Brahmāstra, which marks their first on-screen collaboration.
