Salman Khan’s friend dismisses rumours of the actor dating his ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ co-star Pooja Hegde
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan was rumoured to be dating his ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ co-star Pooja Hegde. Both the actors sparked their relationship rumours after self-proclaimed film critic Umair Sandhu called Salman and Pooja a new couple in the town. In his post on Twitter, he said the actor has fallen in love with Hegde while shooting together. And, later reports of them seeing each other started doing the rounds. However, Salman's friend has now addressed the rumours and clarified they are no truth to it.
Speaking with Times of India, Salman's friend mentioned that Pooja is the actor’s daughter's age and that it is embarrassing to read such fake reports. He even mentioned that the Sultan actor doesn't care about such rumours. Khan’s close friend was quoted as saying, “Woh log jo aise wahiyat khabar phailate hain, kuch to sharm karo (those who spread such irresponsible rumours should have some shame). The girl (Pooja Hegde) is Salman’s daughter’s age. Just because they are doing a film together (Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan) some idiots may feel it is good publicity for the film. Earlier, Umair Sandhu had tweeted, “BREAKING NEWS : New Couple in Town !!! Mega Star #SalmanKhan fell in love with #PoojaHegde !! His production house also signed her for next 2 films !! They are spending time together now a days !! Confirmed by Salman Khan close sources.” His tweet spread like wildfire on the internet and gave rise to speculations of Salman dating Hegde.
Directed by Farhad Samji, ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ marks Salman Khan’s first onscreen collaboration with Pooja and fans are excited to see this new pair romancing on the silver screen. Reportedly, both the actors have bonded really well on the sets and now share a great bond of friendship with each other.
