Time and again Shah Rukh Khan has joked about how he regrets essaying the role of Aishwarya Rai’s brother in Josh and then not romancing her in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Devdas too. Aishwarya has shared screen space with SRK in quite a few films. Apart from Josh and Devdas, Aishwarya and SRK were also seen in Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Hum Tumhare Hain, and their camaraderie was loved by one and all. Not only on-screen, both the actors share a great bond in real-life too.

Recently, we got our hands on a throwback video from an award show. The IGTV video sees Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya sharing the stage. Well, the video is from Lux Golden Rose Awards 2018 where the Jazbaa actress was bestowed with Lux Golden Rose Timeless Beauty Award. In this throwback video, when Aishwarya arrives on the stage to receive the award, SRK begins to take her Hindi translation test. The 4-minute long video opens to SRK saying how he always wanted to romance Aishwarya like his usual self, unlike their earlier films.

Further, SRK throws some English words at her and asks her to translate it in Hindi. Showing off her Hindi skills, Aishwarya nails the game. Later, when it’s SRK’s turn, Aishwarya gives him simple words to translate in Hindi. Watch this epic video which will make you go ROFL.


Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are good friends off-screen and are seen attending family functions and parties at each other’s abode. On the professional front, both SRK and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, are yet to announce their upcoming projects.
