Ever since the news of Sushant Singh Rajput's demise has shook all, a debate over nepotism has kept social media buzzing. Many videos from talk shows and more are making it to social media, with people trying to prove that he was not treated with dignity by his industry folks. Amidst all, a video of Katrina Kaif praising late Sushant Singh Rajput has made it to the internet. The video has the Tiger Zinda Hai actress praising Sushant's performance in cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni's biopic.
In one of the previous live sessions, Katrina was asked to name a young actor she admires the most. To this, Katrina picked Sushant Singh Rajput and stated that he did some really good work in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. "I believe that Sushant was very very good in Dhoni which recently released. And I met my friend Gattu a few days back, who is also the director of Fitoor with whom I worked recently, and he said that he has done some amazing work. So, I believe, congratulations to him." Later, at an award function, Sushant said Thank You to Katrina.
Reports suggest that Sushant was to feature in Fitoor, however, due to date issues, he could not share the screen-space with Katrina Kaif. He has kept his dates reserved for Shekhar Kapoor's film Paani produced by Aditya Chopra's YRF, but the film never saw the light of the day.
Earlier, we had reported about Deepika Padukone praising Sushant and his acting skills. It was on June 14 that the Kai Po Che actor died by suicide as he hung himself from the ceiling fan in his Bandra apartment.
