Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor is known to voice her opinions and speak her mind. Her outspoken nature and sharp statements often land her in controversies. Speaking of this, we stumbled upon a throwback interview of Sonam where she was seen throwing attitude at Rajkummar Rao. Back then she got brutally trolled for behaving arrogantly with the Stree actor. Netizens felt the actress humiliated Rao and called Sonam a ‘rude and insensitive’ person. 

In an old interview that is now doing rounds on the internet, the Neerja actress could be heard telling the actor, “Why do I have to start since I am a senior actor here.” She then commented on Rajkummar’s background and even dropped names of popular directors while doing her self-glorification. Soon after this video went viral, Sonam received severe backlash for behaving rudely with the Badhaai Do actor. This video is from 2015 and it gained headlines for Sonam defending nepotism. When Raj asked Sonam about her views on nepotism, she cut the actor off and started narrating her problems as a star kid. 

Meanwhile, Sonam is making her comeback with Shome Makhija’s upcoming directorial crime thriller ‘Blind’. The film, which is said to be a remake of the 2011 Korean film of the same name, also stars Vinay Pathak, Purab Kohli, and Lillette Dubey in significant roles.
