He then stood up and said, “I am going to have 19 rakhis on my hand from all the people in the field.”
He then went on to quiz the journalist, “What’s the connection between child sexual abuse and Raksha Bandhan?”
He ended the conversation by saying: “We haven’t found a connection, so we are not doing anything.”
