Manish Malhotra's 50th birthday ball was surely a star studded one. And when too many stars gather under one roof, it makes for juicy headlines.
And we have got a story worth telling. Salman Khan's exes Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Katrina Kaif were both at the party and our source was keeping a close watch on them as they mingled in separate circles.

Aishwarya was hanging out with Madhuri Dixit and hubby Abhishek Bachchan was busy clicking pictures of the two ladies. Then Katrina Kaif walked in. Katrina had spotted Abhishek and so she came forward and hugged Jr. Bachchan.
Abhishek and Katrina have worked together in a couple of movies including Dhoom 3 and Sarkar and the two are pals.

It was only then that she realised that Aishwarya too was standing just there.
Everyone expected that the two ladies will be awkward around each other, but they greeted each other warmly with Katrina hugging Aishwarya.
On which Abhishek said, 'Chal, we need to click a picture'. At that very moment even Sushant Singh Rajput joined the group. And like that Abhishek Bachchan captured Katrina, Aishwarya, Madhuri, Sushant in one frame...
Katrina Kaif chit chatted with Mrs. Bachchan for a good 15 minutes. Aishwarya quizzed her about her upcoming projects while Katrina was overheard asking about Aaradhya.
And the two ladies then continued their social butterfly act and moved onto other groups and other people.
