Why Did Vishal-Shekhar Gang Up On Sujoy Ghosh On Twitter?
Here is what happened when former collaborators, Vishal-Shekhar and Kahaani 2 director Sujoy Ghosh took to Twitter to ask for 'dispect' from each other. Hilarity ensued
Sujoy Ghosh's Kahaani was one of the biggest hits of 2012 and the music of the movie was well appreciated too. Who was behind it? The music composer duo Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar.
But in the sequel, Kahaani 2, Sujoy Ghosh dropped them as music directors and replaced them with Clinton Cerejo. Now that the sequel's first song is out, Vishal-Shekhar seem to be weighing in on Twitter.
Since then we were wondering if the composers and the director have fallen out with each other! The Twitter conversation says 'No'. From Shekhar asking, 'Isko director kisne banaya' to Vishal calling him 'Mr Doop', the two went after Sujoy, who seemed to be laughing along with them. Take a look at the conversation:
In its prequel-Kahaani, Vidya played a pregnant woman who was out searching for her missing husband. The film which was also directed by Sujoy Ghosh received lot of accolades from the masses and the critics. Kahaani 2 revolves around a 36-year-old ‘wanted’ fugitive, Durga Rani Singh and also features Arjun Rampal in a pivotal role. The trailer has successfully roused curiosity among audiences.
