Every year celebrities wait for a call from ace photographer Dabboo Ratnani to shoot for his calendar which is an annual ritual! And now, it’s that time of the year again when Dabboo Ratnani brings together all Bollywood celebs together on the same page for his calendar. The star-studded launch of this year’s calendar is taking place tonight at Olive, Bandra and a lot of A-list celebs are expected to attend the event.
So, when Dabboo released the teaser of his calendar on his twitter handle, we couldn’t help but wonder where Ranbir Kapoor was, as he has been part of the calendar since 2008?
When SpotboyE.com contacted Dabboo Ratnani’s wife Manisha Ratnani, she told us, “Ranbir Kapoor is not a part of the calendar this year. We started shooting for the calendar from December 15 and the dates were not working out as he was busy and later he was travelling. No particular reason, we shoot every year but this time the dates just didn’t work out.”
Apart from Ranbir Kapoor, John Abraham was also missing from the calendar! This year, there are other surprises as well – Sanjay Dutt is back on calendar after 8 long years! On the other hand, there are some new faces in this year’s issue as well – Tiger Shroff, Disha Patani & Sunny Leone.
Apart from them, we have the usual celebs that will feature on the 2017 calendar – Sidharth Malhotra, Anushka Sharma, Hrithik Roshan, Parineeti Chopra, Amitabh Bachchan, Shraddha Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha, Vidya Balan, Kriti Sanon, Ranveer Singh, Shah Rukh Khan, Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, Aishwarya Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Akshay Kumar.
We’re sure the fans are eagerly waiting to get a glimpse of their favourite stars on this much talked about calendar.
