Why Was MS Dhoni Not At Yuvraj Singh-Hazel Keech’s Wedding?
Mahendra Singh Dhoni aka Captain Cool was conspicuous by his absence at Yuvraj's shaadi... and tongues are wagging
The double wedding
ceremonies of cricketer Yuvraj Singh and Bollywood starlet Hazel Keech were the
talk of the town! The duo looked beautiful and ravishing in red at their
wedding. Infact, their Goa wedding had Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma dancing
and it also marked the public debut of Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge (SCOOP: Chak De! Girl Sagarika Ghatge Is Dating Cricketer Zaheer Khan, Dec 4). But
someone was missing in the Band Baaja Baraat and that was MS Dhoni.
Because it is Yuvraj and Dhoni we are talking about, we cannot just write it off as a schedule of conflict.
Well,
there’s a history when it comes to Yuvraj and Dhoni. When Dhoni, had to select
a team for the 2015 World Cup, he did not consider Yuvraj. Because of his
decision, Yograj Singh, Yuvraj's father had blasted the skipper and even
compared Dhoni to the mythical villain Ravana.
However
Yuvraj quickly covered up by tweeting: “Like every parent, my dad is also
passionate and I am sure got carried away always enjoyed playing under Mahi n
would do so in future (sic)”.
Dhoni's response to the apology was radio
silence.
We have it that Yuvraj had sent an invite to Dhoni
for both his Chandigarh and Goa ceremonies but it is clear that he was ignored
again.
The Indian contingent
including Virat Kohli, Ishant Sharma, Cheteshwar Pujara,Parthiv Patel,

This is
definitely one cricket rivalry that has spilled onto real life as well.
