Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra had been linked-up for many years, and after Akshay getting a handful about the same from wife Twinkle Khanna, he mended his ways. So much so that the actor not only stopped signing films opposite PeeCee but also didn’t talk about her publicly.
Things seem to have changed. At the recent Star Screen awards, when Akshay was asked how he felt about Priyanka winning the People’s Choice Award, he said, “Priyanka has made India proud. I think she deserves it. She has done a very good job.”
Akshay and Priyanka have worked in films like Andaaz, Aitraaz, Waqt and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi.
