Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar talk about National Film Awards

Team Dum Laga Ke Haisha gathered together last evening at Yash Raj Studios to celebrate their movie having won the Best Hindi Film at the National Film Awards. Bhumi Pednekar, Ayushmann Khurrana and director Sharat Katariya were present to celebrate.
Talking about the win, Ayushmann said, “It feels very good that our film won a National Award. Although having been set in the 1990s, the film’s story is very current and relatable."
“I was actually sleeping when the announcement happened. When I woke up, I saw that there were 28 missed calls on my phone. Then I called up my parents who informed me about it. Immediately I called up Sharat and I was screaming with joy. It is definitely a great moment for all of us,” said Bhumi.
