Ekta Kapoor, who has discovered many telly actors, says she found some of them by sheer chance.
For example, she found Karan Kundra, of all the places in the world, on Facebook! A big name on television, he is the lead in Ekta's upcoming serial, Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum.
Says she, "To be honest, I found Karan on Facebook. He had sent me a friend request long back. I saw his pictures and shared them with my team. I also asked them to contact him and ask him to come for an audition. He was at Chandigarh, so he recorded the audition and sent it to us. He couldn't act at all, but when we were watching the audition tape, I saw that most of the people in my team were smiling. That's when I thought of casting him."
