Ace
designer, Sandeep Khosla organized a fab sangeet ceremony for his
niece over the weekend. Many Bollywood celebs were in attendance. But
obvious, it was a designer’s function, the style quotient had to be high.
Aishwarya
Rai, who is extremely close to Abu Jani- Sandeep Khosla, attended the function
wearing a heavily embroidered outfit. Her jacket was quite a statement, and she
paired it with a simple cotton gheredaar kurti. As usual, Mrs Bachchan’s hair
was simple and straight and she had those typical red lips in
place.
Sonam
Kapoor chose black for the occasion and wore a heavy sharara with thread
embroidery all over it. The diva tied her hair in a neat bun and decorated it
with a gajra. To add a bit of bling to her look, Sonam wore a big maang tika.
Sara
Ali Khan, like always, kept it simple in a silver and white saree. Although the
saree had silver work all over it, what made her stand out was the heavy
blouse. Sara opted for simple and natural hair-do and basic make-up.
Shweta
Bachchan Nanda also wore a simple white saree with a halter crochet blouse. To
add some colour to her look, Shweta wore a heavy green beads necklace and a
shimmery bindi.
Lastly,
Bhumi Pednekar opted for a different colour than white- she chose turquoise
blue for the occasion. Unlike many, Bhumi wore a lehenga with off-shoulder
choli. Hair tied in a bun, the actress wore heavy earrings to accessorize her
look.
