What’s up Deepika? We are used to seeing you
in the best of attires. Ms. Padukone is one such celebrity who goes an extra
mile to make sure her public appearances are head-turners. But unfortunately,
last few days, Deepika’s style sense has just disappointed us thoroughly.
Let’s begin with the most recent one- meet the
diva in an extremely unflattering ethnic wear. Deepika attended a social media
summit wearing a banarsi silk saree which she paired with a parrot green full
sleeves blouse. She tied her hair in a bun and wore a choker to make the look
heavier. However, everything about this look was off. The combination of the
saree with a quirky blouse, the colour and textile blends- just nothing went
along. A total bummer!
Last week, she wore mauve leather pants with a
hideous waist belt and an equally twisted top. Another unbearable look where
Deepika seemed confused as to what she is trying to put together.
Her Bigg Boss appearance was also very
average. The red outfit with those amazingly misfit white sleeves looked
extremely out of place on Dippy. She looked weirdly tall and the style made her
look suffocated in it.
Another drab appearance was this red straight
fit kurta which just didn’t do anything to accentuate Deepika’s looks. The cut
was cliché and so was the work on it. The jewellery also was unimpressive.
Well, here’s hoping that we get to see some
stunning appearances by Deepika from here on.
