And we are back with our ditto alert diaries. From Bollywood stars to television celebs, we don’t skip anyone whenever we spot two people are seen wearing a similar or same outfit. Almost everyone comes under the radar and the latest ones who got our attention were the two Bollywood leading ladies, Alia Bhatt and Rakul Preet Singh. That’s right! We spotted these two ladies wearing a similar outfit and we can’t help but compare both the looks for you guys. Just a few days ago, we brought you how Deepika Padukone-Sara Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif-Kriti Sanon’s polka game were similar to each other, this time Alia and Rakul’s cocktail party dress is getting our full attention.
For Filmfare Awards 2020, Rakul Preet Singh was seen wearing a shimmery gown from Dolly J. The gown is a one-side off-shoulder gown with flowy dramatic sleeves at the right side. The gown has a thigh slit gown which is only adding more drama too her look. The De De Pyaar De actress rounded her look with Smokey eyes and middle-parted low ponytail. Rakul looks beautiful but, this look has a lot of similarities with Alia Bhatt’s look which she had donned at Vogue Beauty Awards in 2019.
Surprisingly, not just the outfit, Rakul’s even the makeup and hair have a striking resemblance with Alia Bhatt’s look. The only difference between the outfit is that the flowy sleeve is on the right for Rakul and it is on the left for Alia. We know, going too much in detail. Without further ado, whose look impressed you the most? For better judgment, check out their outfits below:
On Alia’s work life, she is now gearing up for Brahmastra which will be releasing on December 4, 2020. The film also stars Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy. Apart from this, the actress has some very interesting and mega-budget films including SS Rajamouli’s RRR, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi, Mahesh Bhatt’s Sadak 2 and Karan Johar’s Takht. While Rakul was last seen Marjaavaan along with Sidharth Malhotra and Shimla Mirchi with Rajkummar Rao.
