Fashion Culprit Of The Day: Sonakshi Sinha’s Mix-N-Match Look Is Neither Mixing Nor Matching With Her Personality
Actress Sonakshi Sinha is in full swing promoting her next Mission Mangal which releases on Independence Day. The Khandaani Shafakhana actress is having some fun time with her girl gang of the movie along with only male lead Akshay Kumar as they go about promoting their film. Last night Mission Mangal was screened in the capital; unlike the other times, makers had hosted the first-ever screening of the movie in Delhi and not Mumbai. While we are sure that the movie will score well on the audience’s report card, Sona’s style statement is definitely not scoring well on the fashion critics’ report cards.

Seen in a mix-n-match look she wore separates by designer Anamika Khanna. Denim well-fitted crop top with rustic gold sequin work paired with loose calf-length black pants.  A long 2-way jacket just added a layer to her outfit. She sported black oxford shoes, completing her look with several finger rings, loose tresses and light eye up and tinted lips.

FLAWS: What were you thinking Sona? What made you give a nod to stylist Mohit Rai’s suggestion of sporting a mix-n-match look. According to me, Sona should have opted for a full-length bottom discarding that long jacket, which doesn’t do much that just looked out of place. Also adding to this disastrous look are those black oxford shoes, I think opting for a strappy number might have made more sense. Though the actress has been slaying it in style during the promotional spree, this one definitely didn’t go well.
