STUNNER OR BUMMER: Gauri Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor Or Bipasha Basu?
Here are the stars who were spotted in the city yesterday flaunting their stylish side and a few turning up as bummers. Time to check the Vogue Quotient
Gauri Khan was out in the heat supporting a social cause but the sun didn’t deter the cool fashionista in her to flaunt her stylish best. Gauri wore a very simple kaftaan top, apt for summers, with ripped jeans. Hair pulled up in a bun, Mrs. Khan completed the look with red pouty lips.

While Gauri Khan was setting summer trends in the city, Priyanka Chopra was raising the mercury levels in the West. PeeCee walked the red carpet at Met Gala 2017, wearing a Ralph Lauren Trench coat, which BTW is said to be world’s longest trench coat. While I have a few reservations with the small details in her look, over all, Ms Chopra nailed the look thanks to her utmost confidence, poise and appeal.
Talking about the small hitches of her look- the hair-do disappoints me. If it was meant to be a neat high bun, then the small strands plucking out untidily ruins the look. Coming to the eye make-up, well, that also seemed little off. Priyanka tried the no kohl nude eyes look with silver shadow and arched eye brows, but for me it was a spoiler.
Guess Priyanka Chopra should thank Deepika Padukone for taking away my attention from her look’s small hitches to bigger ones in Ms Padukone’s look.
No Deepika! That went all wrong! From her satin cliché gown to the horrendous hair-do and flat make-up, Deepika Padukone was a disappointment at the Met Gala 2017 event. Even if she did something different with her hair instead of accentuating that bun with princess hair accessory, she would have saved on the damage done.
Alas! Deepika’s dainty look fails to impress.

Shraddha Kapoor was spotted at the airport in a summery floral short dress. Leaving her tresses loose, Shraddha carried off the look with ease and looked sweet. I’d say she was a stunner in her travel vogue.

Like Shraddha, Bipasha Basu also rocked in her travel attire. Bipasha returned with hubby Karan Singh Grover from Goa. She wore a very cute denim shirt-dress with cold shoulder sleeves. Minus the bright red lipstick, Bipasha’s fashion game was bang on.
