Aladdin Actor Naomi Scott Was Once Mistaken For Deepika Padukone; Here's How The Hollywood Actor Reacted
Deepika Padukone is one of the prettiest actresses of Bollywood and we guess, Hollywood actress Naomi Scott has no problem being compared to her. Naomi, while promoting Aladdin, had made this revelation that she was once mistaken for Deepika Padukone by a crew member as she was watching a Bollywood song. Naomi Scott is of Indian descent and it seems, she's still very attached to her roots and is a big Bollywood fan as she was watching Deepika's Nagada Sang Dhol song from Ram Leela.

In an interview with BBC, she was questioned whether she took any inspiration from Bollywood actresses to play Jasmine in Aladdin. To this, the actress shared the story of being mistaken for Deepika. Naomi was quoted saying, "I have to tell you this funny story. Do you know Nagada Sang Dhol? I was playing it on set -- and I had an American cast and crew -- so I’m playing it because I love that song so much, and literally someone was like, ‘Oh it’s so beautiful, Nay, is that you?’ and I was just like, ‘Yeah, it is, it is.’”

She further added, "I thought to myself, ‘you could be compared to worse people than Deepika, so I’ll take that because she’s pretty beautiful’."

Now, that's a huge compliment for both the actresses, isn't it? How about we see them together in a film? Deepika has already made her Hollywood debut with XXX: The Return Of The Xander Cage.  Her next could be with Naomi Scott, what say?
