After parting ways with Alex Rodriguez, Jennifer Lopez is rumoured to have moved on with Ben Affleck, whom she had engaged to about two decades ago. People magazine's source recently informed that Lopez is happy in her ex's company. The source also told the publication that the ex-couple share a strong connection with each other, it's all been quick and intense but 'Jennifer is happy.' And now, as per reports, Alex Rodriguez isn't quite happy about Lopez's reunion with Ben Affleck.
A source close to Jennifer Lopez tells E!News that the retired MLB player is flabbergasted more than anything else, since they broke up just a month ago. "A-Rod is shocked that J.Lo has moved on. He's truly thought they would be able to make it work and reconnect. He has been reaching out to J.Lo trying to meet with her and she has been very short with him."
The source further revealed that Alex Rodriguez is 'saddened' about J.Lo's reunion with her ex, so much so that he's reached out to her to let her know that he's upset. "She's not interested in rekindling anything with A-Rod and is done," an insider reveals. Last month, Jennifer Lopez and Alex released a statement and confirmed that they're going separate ways. The duo mentioned that they realised they are better as friends and 'look forward to remaining so'.
The statement reads as, "We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so. We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and one another's children. Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you for everyone who has sent kind words and support."
