There are several upcoming MCU films lined up for release, such as Black Widow, The Eternals, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Thor: Love and Thunder, among many other exciting ones. The third Ant-Man movie is also reportedly in development at Marvel Studios, but not much has been revealed about its release. A few reports on the Internet state that it is expected to arrive in 2022, but there’s no clarity about it. However, recently, Michael Douglas now teased an update about Ant-Man 3.
Michael Douglas, who played the role of Dr. Hank Pym in the Ant-Man series, recently held a question and answer session on social media. One of the questions was about Ant-Man 3, and if there’s any update he could give. Michael said that he couldn’t disclose much, but asked fans to hang tight as some information about it might be announced by Marvel Studios pretty soon. “I can't talk about it. Because the Marvel guys, they'll shoot me with a blowgun. But I think you got to hang tight because there might be some information coming out pretty soon."

Meanwhile, all we know is that Ant-Man 3 will be directed by Peyton Reed, and that the screenplay will be written by Jeff Loveness. In other news, next MCU film in line to release, is Black Widow, which is slated to release on November 6, 2020, followed by The Eternals starring Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek and Kit Harington, among others.
