The buzz around Avatar: The Way of Water does not seem to end and the new sequel in the Avatar franchise has emerged as one of the most awaited films of the year. To keep up with the excitement, James Cameron has finally dropped a new trailer of Avatar 2, which is nothing short of a visual treat for the fans. However, as per the trailer, the film seemingly goes beyond visuals, in fact, the storyline is equally engaging. The recently released trailer shows giant dragons ruling the sky and two rival clans joining hands to wage a war against humans and they aim to take over Pandora. Written and directed by James Cameron, Avatar the Way of Water is an epic science-fiction drama.

The new trailer also explores new realms of Pandora, introducing new and old characters. Interestingly, owing to the time skip of10 years, Jake Sully and Neytiri have now been blessed with kids and they will have to go to lengths for their survival. 

Apart from the exciting details, the characters are also seen talking about adapting to new rules and feeling being an outcast.

The film is just days away from its release and the excitement is at its peak owing to the launch of the new trailer. 

The film’s plot is set more than a decade after the events of Pandora. The sequel begins with the story of the Sully family (Jake, Neytiri, and their kids), the trouble that follows them, the lengths they go to keep each other safe, the battles they fight to stay alive, and the tragedies they endure. 


Avatar: The Way of Water will also take a deep dive into Jake and Neytiri’s Na'vi children: Neteyam (Jamie Flatters), Lo'ak (Britain Dalton), Tuktirey (Trinity Bliss) and Kiri (Sigourney Weaver, returning to the franchise in a new role.
