Priyanka Chopra is among one of the presenters at the 74th British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Awards that will be taking place tonight. The award ceremony is being held over two nights- April 10 and April 11. The first part took place yesterday, and now, Priyanka Chopra has already kickstarted the main award ceremony today, that is, on Sunday. She gave her fans glimpses from the Royal Albert Hall in London, revealing that she is the first presenter.

Priyanka Chopra took to her Instagram stories and first shared a selfie of her from the venue of the awards ceremony. She could be seen in a pink outfit, with her hair tied up in a bun. Priyanka was all smiles in the selfie, and she wrote, “Kicking off the awards.. I’m the first presenter.” She also shared another picture of the empty venue with no audience owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, and wrote that the award ceremony looks different than it does every year. “@BAFTAS look a little different this year...” she wrote.

Before kickstarting the ceremony, she also sent best wishes to The White Tiger actor Adarsh Gourav, and writer-director Ramin Bahrani. Sharing a picture of their video call, Priyanka wrote, “So proud to represent these two here tonight. Good luck tigers, to me you already winners.” Check out the stories below:


Adarsh Gourav bagged a nomination at the BAFTA Awards 2021 in the Leading Actor category for The White Tiger, while writer- director Ramin Bahrani earned a nomination in the Adapted Screenplay category.
