Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson who is one of Hollywood's highest-paid actor has found a new sweet yet huge home for himself. Just like his stature and presence, the actor has reportedly purchased a luxury mansion for himself that cost a bomb. According to a report in The Hollywood Reporter, the Fast and Furious actor purchased a new home in the celebrity hub, Beverly Park, which sits high in the mountains above Beverly Hills. He rolled out $27.8 million which is approximate, Rs 208 crore. The property first belonged to the Stranger Things star Paul Reiser who had earlier purchased from Alex Van Halen, who built the place in 1993.
As per the report, the mansion cost $30 million but he got the palace in $27.8 million after negotiations. Now, coming to the best part of the house, reportedly, the palatial palace sports the main mansion and a detached, 2,500-square-foot guesthouse, for a total of nearly 18,000 square feet of living space. More importantly, the palatial property includes truly wow-worthy amenities that include, a world-class gym, full-size tennis court, an at-home baseball diamond, dozens of olive trees, an elevator, movie theatre, a music studio which was initially installed by Van Halen, and of course, both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Well, we can’t imagine the magnitude of the place. It looks like Johnson, his wife Lauren Hashian along his three kids will have an amazing time at their new pad.
The report also talks about Johnson’s nearest neighbours and that includes Denzel Washington, Sly Stallone, Rod Stewart, Eddie Murphy and Sofía Vergara.
