2020 has been an unpleasant year for Ellen DeGeneres, while there were reports of Ellen being rude to her staff, there is yet another news circulating on the internet about her marriage with Portia de Rossi developing some cracks. As per reports in New Idea, the comedian and TV show host was reported to be lashing out at Portia. It also stated that the couple is going through a rough patch. Besides this, it was also reported that Ellen's show is also losing viewers.
The reports which stated the news carried the headline ‘Ellen Lashes Out At Porta!’Also, what resulted in Ellen lashing out at Portia, was her show not doing well and poor Portia being at the receiving end of Ellen’s anger. The source was quoted saying, “She's used to her show being top of the pile, so this is a whole new world for her. She's anxious and completely on the edge. Poor Portia [de Rossi] is bearing the brunt of it.” Revealing further about Rossi driving back home and this turned out to be an unpleasant one, the source quoted, "turned into a nightmare back-seat driver, urging her to drive faster. Portia had to pull over and threaten to call an Uber if she didn't get off her back!"
Gossipcop has now debunked all these reports stating none of this being true and claimed Rossi not suffering because of her partner.
Though Rossi has been with Ellen despite these reports, the news portal still continued to state the same of them.
