Friends Alum Jennifer Aniston Says Therapy Changed Her Life As She Talks About Tough Times; Reveals How She Would Like To Be Remembered
In a recent interview, Jennifer Aniston opened up about her life and revealed how would like to be remembered by others.
Jennifer Aniston is one of the most successful stars of Hollywood. The Friends star is always making headlines for multiple reasons. In a recent interview, Jennifer got candid as she shared that currently she is in a happy space and revealed how therapy changed her life.
Speaking to People magazine, Jennifer Aniston said she is currently in a peaceful place. 'I've really gotten a lot out of therapy. Just being a public person, there's a lot of amazing things that come with that. But there's also a lot of tough stuff, because we're only human, we tend to walk around with bulls-eyes on our heads,' said Jen.
The Friends star added by saying, 'Sometimes you can't help family members or people sending stuff over going, 'What's this? You're having a baby? Are you getting married? It's like, 'Oh, good gosh, when and how many years will it take for you to ignore that silliness.' In her interview, Aniston also shared how she would like to be remembered by others. The actress said that she would like to be remembered first and foremost as having made those around her laugh.
'I lead with love,' added Aniston. On the other side, Jennifer Aniston, along with her Friends co-stars Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer were seen in the reunion special episode.
