The 2017 blockbuster film Wonder Woman starring Gal Gadot was a huge hit and now, the makers of the film are back with its second installment! The second installment will be titled Wonder Woman 1984 and will be directed by Patty Jenkins. Fans of Gal Gadot and Wonder Woman have been really excited and the director Patty Jenkins and Gal Gadot had both dropped the first look poster of Wonder Woman 1984 back in June this year. The first look poster showed the actress in a shiny metal suit and also revealed the release date, that is, June 5, 2020.

Now, there is an update on Wonder Woman 1984 and the film’s director Patty Jenkins has now announced the release date of the first trailer. Sharing a Wonder Woman 1984 meets Brazil CCXP’s poster, Patty Jenkins took to Twitter and wrote, “So excited to bring #WW84 to the fans in Brazil! And the world!! Tune in, and see you soon #CCXP! #DayOfWonder #Finally!!” That means the trailer will also release on the same day as the convention, that is, December 8. While Patty Jenkin’s tweet does mention that it will be released in Brazil and the world, it didn’t specify if the trailer will also be simultaneously released on the Internet. Even earlier, Tenet teaser released offline at SDCC 2019 and took long after that to release online. Brazil Comic-Con Twitter page CCXP also shared the poster and confirmed the trailer release. They wrote that on December 8, Gal Gadot will be talking about Wonder Woman 1984 and the event will also feature the world’s first trailer for the film.
