The protests against racism and police violence in the wake of George Floyd death don't seem to stop any time soon. It all happened after an unarmed black man tragically died after a policeman kneeled on his neck, suffocating him to death. This particular incident has sparked outrage across the globe with other than commoners, celebrities too coming out and raising their voices against racism. It has been weeks since Black Lives Matter protests against the same have been going on in several parts of the US. A recent video shows pop star Madonna turning up at one of the protests held in London to lend her support to this movement.

It was, however, her uncovered face that grabbed everyone's attention. The clip sees Madonna getting mobbed by an ocean of fans as she graces a protest. Madonna was wearing a pair of black glares to go unrecognised amid the crowd but it didn't happen. The pop star wasn't wearing a mask, especially amid the Coronavirus outbreak in the West. Madonna is being criticised for not following the necessary protocol. A few of them, who pointed out her carelessness, wondered if she did it on purpose to get attention.

We came across comments like, "She's there, without a mask, just to inflate her ego as she did during the corona pandemic What a hypocrite #BlackLivesMatter #AWAB," "No mask, wanting to get attention for herself is what I see," "Where is her mask?" "The only one without a mask."

Earlier, Madonna had condemned George Floyd's death by posting, "Watching this Cop suffocate George Floyd with his knee on his neck, handcuffed and helpless, crying for his life with his face in the street is the most sickening, heartbreaking thing ive seen in a long time. This Officer knew he was being filmed and murdered him with arrogance and Pride. This has to stop!! Until we can over come Racism in America— no one should be allowed to carry a gun. Most of all cops. God Bless you George Floyd Im so sorry for you and your family. And all the senseless killings that have gone before you. Will it ever end?  I pray to GOD it does one day."
