Glee Star Naya Rivera Missing, Feared Drowned After Son Was Found Asleep In Boat In The Middle Of Los Angeles Lake-Reports
Hollywood actress Naya Rivera has gone missing and is reportedly presumed dead. The actress who began her acting career as a child artist is widely known for her character in Glee, her role in 2014 film At the Devil's Door, and television series Devious Maids. According to reports, Glee star Naya Rivera is missing and feared drowned in a recent boat trip with her son. Reports state that the 4-year-old son of the actress was found asleep, in the rented boat, by himself, in the middle of Los Angeles Lake.

Naya Rivera who was accompanied by her four-year-old son Josey Hollis Dorsey rented a boat around 1PM on July 8 from the nearby boat rental. CBS2 News Los Angeles confirmed that according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department the mother-son duo took out on Lake Piru, and it was after about three hours, another person boating in the lake found the child by himself.  

The reports also stated that the four-year-old told the investigators that his mother and he were swimming, but his mother never came back to the boat. As per reports, The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department searched the entire Lake Piru for Naya with Helicopters, drones and dive teams and suspended the search and rescue operation that evening and mentioned that they will continue at first light. The Sheriff’s Department also took to their official Twitter handle to tweet about Naya Rivera’s missing and search.


Meanwhile, a Fox 11 LA reporter and NBC News Channel correspondent Stephanie Stanton took to her Twitter to share a picture of Naya Rivera’s Mercedes G-Wagon which was parked close to the boat rental and mentioned that her purse was found inside the vehicle as well. Naya Rivera last shared a picture on her Instagram account on July 2 with her son. Sharing the adorable and cute picture with her son Josey, the Glee star wrote, “Just the two of us.”  The actress is a parent to four-year-old son along with ex-husband Ryan Dorsey.
