Model and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian’s 40th birthday celebration to a tropical island came under the scrutiny, as the model flew to an undisclosed location along with 20-25 people amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Hence, Kim received a lot of backlash over it, commenting on it, her sister Khloe Kardashian recently opened up on The Ellen Show. Khloe shared that guests who flew with her for her birthday celebration had undergone several medical tests and have remained quarantined.
Khloe said, “Nobody knew where they were going until we were on the plane, and it was so special. We just knew it was tropical. We were told to pack three nice outfits for dinner…but other than that we had no idea and it was the coolest experience to be that surprised.” Kim sharing pictures from her celebration had tweeted, “After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time.”
Commenting on it Ellen “Kim got in trouble for talking about it.”
Khloe further added, though she did not hear a lot about it, she knew people were upset with this outing, also she mentioned this year being a frustrating one for everyone, Khloe said, “I hadn’t heard a lot about it…but I did hear that people were upset that we all went out of town.
