Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s court documents have been obtained by The Sun, and it shows that the divorce has been filed by Kim Kardashian, while Kanye is stated as the respondent. The documents show that Kim has cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason why she was ending her marriage with Kanye. The papers further show that Kim has filed for the joint legal and physical custody of their four kids- North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. The documents also show that Kim has asked for both her and Kanye’s ability to award spousal support to be terminated.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were once Hollywood’s golden couple, and they had been together since April 2012. The two tied the knot in May 2014, and now, after more than 6 years of their marriage, they are parting ways.
