Kourtney Kardashian's former partner Scott Disick has been dating singer Lionel Richie's daughter Sofia Richie for the past three years. They have been living together and enjoying their time as a couple. However, there seems to be a new twist to their story. If reports are anything to go by then Sofia may have found a new partner in a man who owns a mansion in Malibu. These reports of Sofia breaking up with Scott comes after the man checked into a rehab a few days ago.
As per TMZ, Sofia has been spotted with a mystery guy over the past few days and is enjoying her time with her friends in Malibu. She was recently captured walking on the beach along with her friends and the mystery guy. It was just a few days ago that Scott checked into rehab as he had been reportedly struggling with alcohol and drug abuse.
However, on the contrary', some reports suggest that Sofia is 'quite supportive' of Scott as he decided to go to rehab. A source had quoted to PEOPLE, "Sofia still lives with him. Scott is very happy to have Sofia by his side." Within a day, Scott checked out of the rehab as some staff members took his photographs. Now his attorney is out to take legal action against the rehab.
Talking about why he checked into rehab, a statement by Scott's team, read, "In an effort to finally come to terms and deal with the pain that Scott has been silently suffering for many years due to the sudden death of his mother, followed by the death of his father three months later, Scott made the decision to check himself into a rehab facility last week to work on his past traumas."
