Loki AKA Tom Hiddleston Gushes Over Shah Rukh Khan As He Associates Bollywood With SRK
After Wanda Vision, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Marvel Cinematic has now released another series, Loki — the God of Mischief. As the first episode is released and fans are already going gaga over it, actor Tom Hiddleston is gushing over Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan. While promoting his series, Loki, Tom Hiddleston played word association where he associated Bollywood with Shah Rukh Khan. When Tom asked was to say on that associated with ‘India’, he said, ‘Shah Rukh Khan.’ He was then asked about Bollywood, to which he said, ‘Am I allowed to say Shah Rukh Khan again? Shah Rukh Khan again.’

Next, Tom was asked about an Indian city and said, “Chennai. My akka lives there. She used to live there. And I have been there a few times. Chennai is great!” In a 2012 interview with Hindustan Times, Tom revealed that he had his family in India. He has visited the country like 4-5 times to meet his sister who resides in Chennai.  In the same interview, he also spoke about watching SRK and Aishwarya Rai starrer Devdas. He said, “My Indian family is always introducing me to new films. My sister made me see Devdas that had Aishwarya Rai. The last film I saw was Shah Rukh Khan’s My Name Is Khan on an airplane. I loved it." 

He had also expressed his wish to star in a Bollywood movie. "I’d want nothing more but to star in a Bollywood movie.” Well, now you know where Tom's love and admiration for Shah Rukh come from.
