FRIENDS reunion that was announced in February last year was pushed ahead due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. The cast David Schwimmer (Ross), Matthew Perry (Chandler), Matt LeBlanc (Joey), Courteney Cox (Monica), Jennifer Aniston (Rachel), and Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe) have said it before that they will only shoot it when they feel it's safe to do it. However, as the anticipation level of the fans is only rising, the latest update on the same might just psyche you. Well, we recently stumbled upon a few leaked pictures from the sets of FRIENDS reunion episode and we certainly can’t keep calm.
Some of the pictures were also shared by Chandler aka Matthew Perry on his Instagram account and were soon deleted but a fan club quickly took a screenshot of it and released it on social media. In the leaked pictures, we get to see the iconic orange couch which is placed in front of the fountain where the theme song, ‘I’ll Be There For You’ was shot. That’s not it, it also gives a little glimpse of Monica’s kitchen and her purple apartment. One of the pictures has a huge blackboard which has 'FRIEND - The Reunion' written on it. So, people, you guys can relax now because it is finally happening.
Earlier, talking about the show, Ross aka David Schwimmer said in a video interview on The Graham Norton Show that they will shoot the Friends reunion next week. He said, “I'm hopping on a plane this afternoon or the evening and yeah, I'm gonna see everyone next week for the first time in many years.” When asked if he will play his character 'Ross Geller', David said, "I'll be myself. I'll be David." Adding to that, he said that the show is not scripted. "We're not in character. We're all ourselves, the real people.”
