60-year-old Mel Gibson will soon be a proud papa again. His girlfriend, Rosalind Ross, has been dating Gibson for the past two years now. This will be Mel’s 9th child. Gibson has only been married once before this, for 26 years, to Denise Moore - who he married in the late ‘70s. Already a father of 8 kids, Gibson is happy to add to his brood. This will be the first child for Rosalind, who is a writer and an equestrian.
Gibson is most well known for his roles in the Mad Max and the Lethal Weapon series. He was recently seen in The Expendables 3 as the antagonist to Sylvester Stallone’s rag-tag group of mercernaries.
Gibson’s personal as well and professional life has seen some controversy. The most infamous incident Gibson was involved in his personal life was an alleged racist rant that he broke into after he was arrested under a DUI charge. This was right around the time he produced the film The Passion of The Christ.
He was also in the eye of a storm when a phone-call in which he gave derogatory comments against the African-American community with his then girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva
