As the singer spent most of the lockdown days, at home, in quarantine, the Miley opened up about dating during the times of the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Wrecking Ball singer revealed she has a lot of ‘FaceTime sex’ and disclosed the reason behind it. Speaking with Howard Stern on his SiriusXM radio show, Miley Cyrus said, “I do a lot of FaceTime sex -- it's the safest sex. I'm not getting Covid.” The pop singer mentioned that the reason behind her virtual intimacy is because she doesn’t want to risk getting COVID-19. Miley Cyrus said that these are challenging and interesting times for any sort of dating or meeting with new people.
Miley Cyrus said, “It's been a really interesting and challenging (time) for any sort of dating or meeting people. I am definitely not going to be doing anything that's irresponsible for myself or for other people. It's just ridiculous for anybody that won't take the right precautions to keep each other safe.” During the interview, the singer shared that the reason behind her virtual intimacy is that she does not want to be anything that’s irresponsible for herself or other people.
Meanwhile, during the lockdown, Miley, who was dating Australian singer Cody Simpson shared pictures on social media as they both helped the needy during tough times.
