Fans feel Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara was mocked for her accent by the chat show host Ellen DeGeneres on several occasions
Ellen DeGeneres has been under the radar, for mistreating her staff and being mean to them on several occasions as per reports circulating on the internet. Now a video clip of Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara has surfaced on the internet when she was on Ellen’s chat show and fans in their social media post feel the actress was mocked by the host for her accent on various occasions, when she graced the show. The actress played the character of Gloria in the popular sitcom, who has a thick accent, with her character being a Colombian immigrant.
The actress in real life too has a specific accent; while earlier people thought of this being just a joke, but later felt Ellen mocking her. A video clip surfacing on the internet has the chat show host mentioning Sofia’s English being worse and not better. There were times when the actress was also questioned about her fluency in English language as well. Fans also noticed the Modern Family actress not laughing when the show’s host poked fun at her accent.
Fans’ assumed the actress was not being comfortable with it and some assumed she might be hurt as well.

I remember that I saw those interviews and I thought: WTF?? You just mispronounced her last name and you have the guts to make fun of her !!.
However, neither Ellen nor Sofia has reacted to this video clip being circulated on the internet and fans expressing the actress might have been upset with this dig taken at her accent on the chat show.
