Prince captures 5 top slots of Billboard Top 200

Prince rules Billboard charts posthumously too. Following the first week post his demise, Prince’s music captured the top five slots out of the top seven of the Billboard Top 200.
At #2 was his Very Best of Prince, a greatest hits collection. #3 on the list is Purple Rain. A huge gain was recorded for his album The Ultimate as it moved from #67 to #6.
Another of his albums, The Hits/The B-Sides, climbed from #6 to #4. Wrapping Prince’s listing on the Billboard charts is his album 1999, in #7 place.
Prince still rules the airwaves.
