Robert De Niro congratulates Anupam Kher on his 500th film

Hollywood’s living legend Robert De Niro has congratulated Anupam Kher on completing his 500th film, The Big Sick. The Big Sick is is produced by Judd Apatow and Barry Mendel. It is written by Kumail Nanjiani and Emily V. Gordon.

Hollywood’s living legend Robert De Niro has congratulated Anupam Kher on completing his 500th film, The Big Sick. The Big Sick is is produced by Judd Apatow and Barry Mendel. It is written by Kumail  Nanjiani and Emily V. Gordon.


Robert De Niro was last seen in the film The Intern, where he won hearts over working as an intern in a company that’s run by Anne Hathaway.




Anupam Kher will be starring with Ray Romano, Holly Hunter, Zoe Kazan and Kumail Nanijani. The film is a romantic comedy and will portray a love story between a Pakistani man and an American woman.  It is unclear as to what role Kher will portray in the film.


The Saaransh actor also posted a pic with De Niro at the latter’s New York residence.




Kher announced the latest milestone in his career via Twitter. He posted:

And Anupam has been quite busy while he has been out of India. He also met the Spider-Man star Willem Dafoe at his residence and posted a picture of him flanking Willem and his wife and their residence on his social profile. Here’s a pic of Kher with actor Willem Dafoe and his wife in New York:
