Amber Heard exclaimed she has become a mom and did it "on my own terms," while she has to do single parenting.
The popular actor is an avid social media user, and in an Instagram post, she said that she has welcomed daughter Oonagh Paige Heard on April 8. In the post, Amber Heard can be seen in the photo with her newborn baby girl. She wrote a very emotional note in the post – “I’m so excited to share this news with you. Four years ago, I decided I wanted to have a child. I wanted to do it on my own terms. I now appreciate how radical it is for us as women to think about one of the most fundamental parts of our destinies in this way. I hope we arrive at a point in which it’s normalized to not want a ring in order to have a crib. A part of me wants to uphold that my private life is none of anyone’s business. I also get that the nature of my job compels me to take control of this. My daughter was born on April 8, 2021. Her name is Oonagh Paige Heard. She’s the beginning of the rest of my life.” The fans have flooded with god wishes and words of appreciation in the comment sections.
The gorgeous actress had faced a turbulent period of her life, with her 2015 to 2017 marriage to Jhonny Depp involving a deluge of legal actions.
In the year 2020, Jhonny Depp lost this defamation case against a British newspaper that accused him of domestic violence, and a judge ruling the allegations were substantially correct. Later, the British court refused Jhonny Depp's permission to appeal the ruling that Heard is assaulted, British court saying his attempt to overturn the decision had no real prospect of success.
