Will Smith has come a long way considering his professional and personal life. The Pursuit of Happyness fame shared a new trailer of his YouTube original mini-docu series Best Shape Of My Life, and it will showcase him discussing his mental health with his family.
However, the actor made a shocking revelation and the fans couldn’t stop rendering support to the star.
In the trailer, Will Smith shares, “When I started this show, I thought I was getting into the best shape of my life physically, but mentally, I was somewhere else. I ended up discovering a whole lot of hidden things about myself.”
The Bad Boys actor shed light on his success and revealed what it means to him and the effects it has on his mental health. Later in the trailer, he is not only working out but also writing his memoir ‘Will’.
Speaking about his life and its intricacies Will said that he will be “exposing my life and so many things that people don’t know about me.” While sitting with his family, Will makes the shocking revelation and says, “the only time in my life that I ever considered suicide.”
Will’s ‘Best Shape of My Life’ showcases Smith attempting to lose 20 lbs (or one and a half stone) in 20 weeks, but he quickly realises that his journey involves work on his inner self far more than his outer self.
