Wrestler-turned-actor John Cena seems to be completely smitten in love. Yesterday, a special premiere of his upcoming film Dolittle was held in LA and making it more special was Cena’s current girlfriend, Shay Shariatzadeh, who complemented him at the red carpet. Interestingly, we also got to see a hell lot of PDA, as the two appeared with their hand-in-hand and exchanged a romantic smooch in front of the paparazzi. Well, this comes after a week the John Cena’s ex Nikki Bella announced her engagement to Artem Chigvintsev.
At Dolittle’s premiere, both John and Shay were totally engrossed in PDA. Right from romantically gazing at each other to sharing a lot of kisses on lips on cheeks; the couple showed the world how madly they are in love. For the event, the former wrestler looked dapper in an all-navy suit. Shay, on the other hand, oozed beauty in a shimmery, metallic sleeveless pleated dress with smokey makeup and a loosely-braided side ponytail. Also present at the premiere were John’s co-stars Robert Downey Jr, Selena Gomez, Octavia Spencer, Michael Sheen and Rami Maleek. Well, this isn’t the first time when John Cena and Shay were spotted packing some PDA in public. In the past too, the duo was snapped having dinner and getting intimate. As for Nikki Bella’s engagement, a source close to Cena to Hollywood Life that he is very happy that she has found someone who treats her so good. “John Cena is very happy that she has found someone that treats her so amazingly well. Nikki was an extremely important part of John’s life, so it does remind him of what they had, and he is also reminded of his proposal to her at Wrestlemania a few years ago, but he also has thought that they have both grown from their relationship and they both have moved on,” said the insider.
