Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi is currently gearing up for her Hollywood debut. The actress is all set to mark her Hollywood debut, with the film Army of the Dead. She has worked on the film with Hollywood biggies like actor Dave Bautista and filmmaker Zack Synder. In an interview recently, Huma spoke about her co-star Dave Bautista. And she also said some nice things about director, filmmaker Zack Synder.
Speaking with Deadline, Huma Qureshi, who will be seen sharing screen space with MCU star Dave Bautista shared that she had fun working with the actor. Talking about Bautista, the actress said, “Dave is amazing. He’s one of the nicest, tallest, biggest, warmest human beings I’ve ever met. Everything about him is big, but he’s gentle."
The actress also went on to talk about filmmaker Zack Synder. Huma went on to react to the comment the filmmaker made about wanting to collaborate with Indian actors. The actress said, "I’m a little upset about that. He should have said, ‘I only want to work with Huma.’ I’m just kidding." Talking about the filmmaker, the actress further added, "I think Zack is such a gracious and nice man. I was overwhelmed and surprised with so much praise coming my way – he never said that to me when I was around him!”
The Army of the Dead actress continued, “In India, my roles are often all about me, as a lead character, and this was a big ensemble piece. The fact I got to work with Zack Snyder, and the cinematic value of that, is undeniable. I’m glad to get to work with him and to know him as a person. He’s a genius. There’s no two ways about it. Since he gave that interview, my phone hasn’t stopped ringing."
Meanwhile, on the work front, Huma Qureshi is known for her stellar performances in films and web shows. She has web series Maharani coming up soon.
