Ever since the first looks poster and the teaser of Dhamaka starring Kartik Aaryan was released, fans have desperately been waiting to see their beloved hero in a never seen before avatar. Kartik Aaryan plays, a news anchor named Arjun Pathak who gets caught in a mystery involving a bomb blast. While the makers announced that the film will be premiered on Netflix, they, however, didn't mention the release date. Now as per a source the release of Dhamaka has been moved from June to September.
"Dhamaka is an important film for the platform, and they were looking at a right time to release it. The initial plan was to unveil it in June, but for now, they have decided on September. Meanwhile, the post-production work on the film is going on in full swing," revealed a source close to the development.
Dhamaka is an official remake of the 2014 South Korean film The Terror Live. Aaryan had officially announced the film on his 30th birthday last year. The actor will be sported in a totally distinct look for his part in the film. This is one of the fastest films to be made; it was wrapped up in just 10 days. While Kartik waits for the release of this film, he is busy working on his other projects, he has Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 to wrap with Kiara Advani.
