Actress Soundarya Sharma will be seen next in the highly anticipated crime drama series, Raktanchal 2. Directed by Ritam Srivastav the show is based on true events and is a heartland story of old-world charm. The actress essays the role of a simple homemaker who weaves her way into the world of politics. The first look as Roli Rai from the series shows her in an intense avatar. She looks elegant and dignified in a beige saree with a golden border and the intensity in her eyes makes it clear that her role is quite interesting. Soundarya says her character is very intriguing and has a good character arc.
The actress who has been awarded as Lokmat Most Stylish Diva 2018, finds it challenging as this is for the first time she will be seen in a de-glam character. "The makers had some idea on how the character would look; however since I play a politician from the 90's I shared my inputs too. This specific look is created by me and the makers were happy with how the final look turned out", says the Ranchi Diaries actress.
Well, this look has surely got us talking and we can’t wait to see her in this stunning new avatar. Raktanchal season 2 will air on MX Player in July and is produced by Shashank Raai, under the banner of Pinaka Studios Pvt. Ltd.
