Earlier in the day, the director’s clan of Netflix’s upcoming horror film – Ghost Stories – unveiled a clip in which they opened up on their experience while shooting for the spooky series and what all should we expect from it. It featured Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar, Anurag Kashyap and Dibakar Banerjee, who are all set to scare the hell out of us. Now, we have got our hands on the first look of Janhvi Kapoor, Mrunal Thakur and Sobhita Dhulipala from Ghost Stories and it’s creepy. Talking about the Dhadak actress, the still sees a nervous Janhvi opening her house’s door and looking around. Probably one of the scenes where someone knocks at your door, but when you see, there’s no one. Scary, isn’t it? In the picture, Janhvi could be seen wearing a black floral top with tied hair and her expressions were convincing. As for Mrunal Thakur, the Super 30 actress was sporting a peach-coloured night-suit and looked visibly afraid. Another still featured Sobhita Dhulipala climbing up the stairs. In a nutshell, Ghost Stories look promising.

Mrunal Thakur expressed her excitement by sharing a video wherein she could be heard saying, “Hi everyone, I am super excited to share this with you all that my first with Netflix, directed by Karan Johar is called Ghost Stories and it’s going to be streaming exclusively on Netflix. What are you waiting for guys, start your New Year with a scream and set an alarm for midnight January 1, 2020.”
