Rohit Shetty unveiled the teaser for his upcoming project, Indian Police Force, today, setting off a buzz in the cop universe. Starring Sidharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty, and Vivek Oberoi, the teaser marks the inception of "The next chapter of the cop universe." It presents gripping action sequences featuring Sidharth, Shilpa, and Vivek, amplified by intense music, a ticking bomb clock, and adrenaline-pumping action, elevating the anticipation for this thrilling series. Lead actor Sidharth Malhotra took to Instagram to share the teaser of the series, Indian Police Force, expressing his excitement for his first action-packed venture with cop universe maestro Rohit Shetty. He announced the series' release on Prime Video India, stating, "Indian Police Force On Prime, Jan 19 on Prime Video India." Similarly, Shilpa Shetty also shared the teaser, hinting at the rapid approach of the force and urging everyone to be ready for the new series premiere on Jan 19, captioning, "The force is on the move, and approaching fast! In Rohit Shetty's cop universe, the 2021 film Sooryavanshi marked the fourth installment. Ranveer Singh portrayed a police officer in the 2018 film Simmba, while Ajay Devgn starred in the renowned cop series Singham. In Sooryavanshi, Akshay Kumar took the lead as Veer Suryavanshi, an Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) officer initially introduced in a cameo role in the 2018 film Simmba. The forthcoming movie, Singham Again, features Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor, and other stars from Rohit Shetty's cop universe.
Indian Police Force premieres on Amazon Prime Video on January 19.
