Jamai Raja 2.0: Ravi Dubey And Nia Sharma To Be Back With Their Hit Show

Here’s good news for all the fans of Ravi Dubey, Nia Sharma and Jamai Raja fans. The show, which was loved by one and all, is set to make a comeback in your life. Yes, you heard that right! Jamai Raja, which ended on March 2017, is back with its reboot version and it will be called Jamai Raja 2.0. For which, Nia Sharma and Ravi Dubey have started shooting. Jamai Raja ran for almost three years on Zee TV but the new version will be available to viewers in the form of a web series on OTT Platform ZEE5

Nia and Ravi took to social media and gave their fans a sneak peek of their show, which went on the floors from today. Sharing the picture of them holding the clapboard, captioning which read, "Here we go again! 'Jamai Raja 2.0' web.” The image sees she and Ravi are posing with the clapboard, which read Jamai Raja 2.0.

The original show revolved around Sid Khurana (played by Ravi), who took on the responsibility of mending a troubled relationship between his strong, fiercely independent mother-in-law Durga Devi aka DD (played by Achint Kaur) and wife Roshni (Nia). A few days ago, Ravi recalled his shooting days of 'Jamai Raja' as an experience that "changed his life forever".

A few days ago, Ravi's wife and actress Sargun Mehta took to her social media to show how excited she is for the show. She shared an unedited video of Ravi and Nia from the show and captioned the post as, "Jamai Raja 1take uncut unedited just a raw one take to tell you ki iss aadmi mein kitna talent hai. Perform karna, likhna uss character ko nichod ke pee jaana.. yeh magic karta hai @ravidubey2312 can't wait to see #sidni back together."
